Compilations Redo Underway

Hi all,
Thanks for your patience with the project. It's been a challenge but progress goes ever onward. I figured out in mid/late April that Greg and I and the layout artist had evidently had a three-way miscommunication about exactly how the compilations were supposed to be constructed and as it turned out we kind of had to go back to the drawing board and start over on assembling them. The good news is that the PF1 compilation is nearing completion and *should* be ready for review by next weekend. We'll share that version with you and also send it over to Greg for any final review. We'll have a review period to see if Greg or any of you happen to see something that crept through our vigilant gaze before we then cement the final version and send it for print approval. Since we are doing all print books on this project as print-on-demand, that usually only takes about a week or so, after which we'll be able to start shipping books.
During that review phase on the PF1 book, we'll also be assembling the PF2 and D&D 5E books using the same revised structure now that we're all on the same page. We offer our sincere apologies for the delay in the compilation assembly - a step I had thought would go much faster than it has - but are happy it's finally close to finished at last.
Fantasy Grounds Update: The later adventures are bigger and are taking longer to convert. The PF1 version of Legend of the Burning Star is in review at Fantasy Grounds now and the PF2 and 5E versions are in progress and grinding through. The converter's best estimate is end of May and those should be up and live and ready to go for those who pledged for them.

VTT Token Pack #5 is up! And last chance for Sea Monsters!

Unsurprisingly, given that this is the biggest module in the series, the VTT token pack is likewise way bigger, with a total of 86 tokens! A few of them are basic free tokens that we've included in here for low-grade grunts like orc soldiers and minion mercenaries, but the rest are all taken from the LG art library.
Working on the token pack for adventure #6 now and we should have it available for you later this week!
PS - Today is the final day of the Sea Monsters 5E Kickstarter, featuring 65 spectacular sea creatures from low-level threats to legendary menaces like Scylla, Charybdis, and the Midgard Serpent! You can get the 80-page PDF for just $10, add on the incredible 448-page Pirate Campaign Compendium, or get an array of awesome VTT supplementary tools for it. Plus, the PDFs are ready to go out tonight and print files are already on their way to the printer. Check it out if you have the chance!
Two more pawn sets are up! And making pawns for Sea Monsters!

It's such a nice feeling when a piece of a project that had just been *stuck* gets finally unstuck, as things can just start flowing so smoothly! The VTT Token packs for adventures #3 and #4 are up and out in Backerkit already! We should have #5 and #6 done by next week!
Now that we've got a reliable token creator, we also are going to create VTT token sets for our new line of "Quick-Starter" 5E bestiaries too! In January, we ran our Mythos Monsters project, creating a 72-page softcover bestiary with over 40 eldritch abominations of the Lovecraftian mythos (some of which will be familiar to Aegis backers, like the mooncalf and rhu-chalik from the token set in Aegis ofEmpires #3: When Comes the Moon! This is a Quick-Starter, so fulfillment on the PDFs was immediate; as soon as the project ended, PDFs went out. Books are in process at the printer and will go out once they arrive here.
With over 1200 backers in just 15 days for Mythos Monsters, we then launched our current project SeaMonsters (active right now on Kickstarter) an 80-page bestiary with 65 spectacular sea monsters, and that one has already surpassed the funding total of the previous project and is on track for even more people climbing aboard. As part of the project, you can also Mythos Monsters at the discounted Kickstarter price if you missed it in January, plus the incredible 448-page Pirate Campaign Compendium with pretty much everything you could ever need to run a nautical campaign or aquatic adventure! With this new VTT guy, we look forward to preparing a VTT Token Set for this book as well to go with the handful of other add-ons (like Fantasy Grounds and Shard VTT support files).
Again, as a Quickstarter, these books are done. PDF fulfillment happens as soon as the project closes. Books will start getting shipped out once they are printed and arrive here a few months later. We are working now on the *next* book in the series, AsianMonsters, which will be even bigger with 80 magnificent monsters.
We are looking forward to making even more terrific content, not just for 5E like these but for PF1 and PF2 as well, and have a lot of fun projects coming up this year. I look forward to getting the final VTT Token Packs out to you and getting the Aegis Compendium versions finalized and ready for you soon!

For those who ordered the VTT Pawn Set, the pawns for TheEbon Soul are in your Backerkit downloads now! We are delighted to keep things progressing and look forward to getting you more of the pawns soon!
As with the first set, this pawn set is inclusive of all three versions, so there are a few creatures in the set that are in one version of the adventure or another. Happy gaming and hope you enjoy them!
